Virserum Konsthall handle personal data in accordance with Swedish law. When your personal data is registered or used in any way, you have the right to get the information now provided.

We handle personal data from our members, recipients of our newsletter, suppliers, invoice customers, exhibitors and participants in activities at Virserum Konsthall.

Virserum Konsthall is responsible for the use of your personal data. Feel free to contact us at info @ virserumskonsthall.com. Membership to Virserum Konsthall is voluntary as is providing your personal data. But we do need some personal data on you as a member.

As a member, your personal data will be saved and handled for specific purposes. We handle personal data as name, email address, and zip code. The usage of your personal data being a member or receiving our newsletter is based on your consent as it is vital for you with full transparency regarding our activities. For other categories the handling of personal data is based on a contract and is required for Virserum Konsthall to honor it’s commitments.

The purpose of using personal data from members and recipients of our newsletter is to sustain good file maintenance, administrating memberships, send newsletters and call to meetings. We use your personal data and zip code for statistical purposes. Your personal data will be used in Virserum Konsthall’s IT-system. We always apply security measures and confidentiality when using your personal data.

Storage period

Virserum Konsthall handle members’ personal data as long as the membership is active. When the membership expires the data will be deleted after two year at the latest. Storage of other personal data is based on current Bookkeeping Act and its requirements.

Rights in accordance with privacy law

You have the right to full transparency in our handling of your personal data. You also have the right to request inaccurate information to be changed, superfluous handling limited, unwarranted handling deleted and to request your personal data to be transferred from our system to another, so called data portability.

YOU also have the right to turn to The Swedish Data Protection Autthority with complaints if you are dissatisfied with our handling of personal data.
